IPTV Now 4K provides a streaming subscription that gives you access to live TV channels, films and on-demand content over the internet. The Service includes M3U playlist links or Xtream codes, which you use with compatible third-party applications such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or Smart IPTV.

We do not produce, host or own any broadcasted content. We provide the technical access infrastructure only.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to purchase a subscription. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Our current pricing is published on the website. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.

5.2 Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

5.3 No Automatic Renewal

None of our subscriptions renew automatically. When your plan expires, you can choose to purchase a new subscription if you wish to continue using the Service.

6. Delivery of Service

After successful payment we deliver your M3U link or Xtream codes by email and/or WhatsApp, typically within 1 to 5 minutes. Your subscription begins from the moment we issue your access credentials.

By proceeding with checkout, you expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that this affects your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see Section 11).

7. Acceptable Use

By using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your access credentials
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or download content in bulk
• Use a single subscription on more devices than your plan allows
• Resell, rent or commercially exploit any element of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. Do not share your M3U link or Xtream codes with third parties. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at contact@iptvnow4k.uk.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, design elements and content on iptvnow4k.uk (excluding third-party broadcasted content) are owned by or licensed to IPTV Now 4K. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of our website without our prior written consent.

10. Service Availability and Disclaimer

While we make every reasonable effort to provide a stable and reliable Service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we provide advance notice where possible)
• Network or internet outages outside our control
• Force majeure events
• Third-party content provider changes

We are not responsible for the quality of your internet connection or the performance of third-party apps and devices you use to access the Service.

11. Refunds and Cancellation

Because our Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ceases to apply once we have begun supplying the digital content with your express consent at checkout. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IPTV Now 4K harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use rules in Section 7. You may stop using the Service at any time; simply do not renew your subscription when it expires.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version is always published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws grant you rights in your country of residence.

17. Severability
